TERMS & CONDITIONS

There are different rates for the VSE 2022 Annual Conference: the early bird rate for those who register by the 1st of April and the normal rate for those who register until the 6th of May. After this date, registrations will be closed.

There is also a difference in rates for VSE members and non-members as well as for physical or online participation. This information will be checked by the organisers of the conference. If you have paid the wrong fee, the organisers reserve the right to require the participant to pay the difference between the two prices. If the difference is not paid, the organisers reserve the right not to accept the participation to the conference.

The fees cover catering costs (lunches and coffee breaks), but also the expenses related to our speakers (travel costs, accommodation and catering), and the organisers’ management costs.

Please check the registration page for details.

Pre-registered participants will be notified by e-mail and given access to a form with the early bird fee. They will have until the 1st of April to complete their formal registration, after that the early bird option is closed.

Those who haven’t pre-registered will be able to register normally by clicking a button on this website.

All participants will receive a confirmation email once the payment process has been completed. In this confirmation email, participants will be invited to finalise their registration by filling a form. Please check it carefully and notify us of any errors.

You may choose the workshops you would like to attend from the 1st of April until the 6th of May. After this date, workshops will be assigned at random, according to the remaining availability of each workshop. You may change your workshop choices by contacting Victim Support Europe at info@victimsupporteurope.eu up until the 6th of May. No changes can be made after that due to printing of documents, participant lists and name badges.
